		<description>I learnt Under Jirong Zhang when i was just 18 years old. To date, it was one of the greatest experiences of life. My only regret is having to leave after one year.
It is hard to explain the difference it makes. Physically you become stronger but more importantly mentally you become stronger. Qigong, requires an extreme level of will power and mental strength, and Jirong uses traditional teaching methods to ensure these qualities are gained.

I currently live in central China, and i have never found someone who teaches Kung fu like Jirong. I truly hope someday i can meet with him again and start where i left off.</description>

		<description>A good history lesson :)  Interesting though that it was not the history of Wudang as the arts mentioned on the main page are all Wudang internal and not Shaolin.  Perhaps it will be written in the future :)
